Since 2005, Nick has successfully negotiated over 1,000 real estate transactions including leases and sales. Nick is a highly experienced Real Estate Broker understanding both sides of the transaction (both buyer/tenant and seller/landlord) which gives him a leg up as a Tenant or Buyer Representative or Agent.

Nick strives to provide his clients information and service at the highest level available so they can make the right decisions for their business. Nick approaches negotiations with a direct, creative, and problem-solving style and has a powerful ability to quarterback the deal from start to finish. Additionally, Nick has an intuitive sense of layout and workflow and an eye for interior design. Although Nick has earned several notches on his belt, he has the experience to know each client is different and has different needs thus Nick works closely with each client to deeply understand their operations. The real estate market is always in flux so it is Nick’s mission to be constantly learning and growing to best serve his clients - Nothing makes him happier than helping to improve people’s lives by helping business owners save money in a high workspace that best fits their needs.

Remy is a tenant-focused agent, who specializes in office, retail, and medical space. He offers tenant representation, lease analysis, market-evaluation, site selection, research services, and investment sales. For nearly a decade in commercial real estate, Remy continues to be an advisor and advocate for his clients on a local and national level. He aligns his clients’ real estate requirements with their business and financial objectives across a broad range of industries, saving them a significant amount of time and money on every project.


Remy joined Mirlo Real Estate Partners in 2021 after nearly four years with CARR Healthcare Realty, where he developed specialized knowledge and experience in the Healthcare space, serving healthcare clients both large and small across all healthcare systems. Remy played many roles performing dozens of transactions annually and worked with a team of agents that completed hundreds more every year. Before that, he was an associate with Colliers International where he worked on a very busy tenant-rep team specializing in the office and industrial sectors.
